1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of SRK LAUNDRY's services including walk-in, website, and app users.
2. Services Provided
We offer the following services in Bangalore:
- Laundry (Washing & Folding)
- Steam Ironing
- Dry Cleaning
- Shoe, Bag & Carpet Cleaning
- Saree Polish, Darning, Dyeing
- Free Pickup & Delivery (T&C apply)
3. Pickup, Delivery & Garment Handling
- Clothes must be counted at pickup or drop-off in the presence of our staff. Any mismatch must be reported immediately.
- If the customer is unavailable, delivery will only be made to an authorized person with written confirmation (WhatsApp/SMS/email).
- All garments are photographed and inspected before processing. Details will be shared, and we proceed only after your confirmation.
- Damaged or stained garments will not be accepted unless we receive special written consent from the customer.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, traffic, technical faults). We do not compensate for such delays.
- Garments must be collected within 15 days of delivery notice. Otherwise, they may be donated or disposed of, and SRK LAUNDRY will not be held responsible.
4. Stains & Fabric Risks
- We try our best to remove stains, but 100% removal is not guaranteed.
- Some stains may be permanent or worsen during treatment; in such cases, we will inform you and proceed only upon your consent.
- We follow the garment’s wash care label. If missing or unclear, we’ll use standard methods at our discretion. Damage from such cases will not be our responsibility.
- Delicate, silk, or designer garments may require special care. These are handled only after inspection and written approval.
5. Damages & Compensation
- In case of proven damage caused by our processing, maximum compensation will be 10x the service cost or ₹3000, whichever is lower.
- The damaged garment will be retained by the store if compensation is issued.
- Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Beyond that, no claims will be entertained.
- We are not liable for damage due to undetectable fabric weaknesses, prior defects, pen marks, or incorrect wash labels.
- Garments that shrink, bleed color, or react to standard cleaning will not be eligible for compensation.
6. Lost Items & Valuables
- Please remove items like wallets, jewelry, cash, pen drives, keys, etc. from your clothes.
- SRK LAUNDRY is not responsible for any such items lost or damaged during processing.
- If found, we will attempt to return them, but cannot guarantee recovery.
7. Payments & Pricing
- Prices are in INR and may change without prior notice. Confirmed orders will not be affected.
- Payments must be made at the time of delivery or order confirmation.
- We accept cash, UPI, cards. UPI payments must be confirmed via screenshot.
- Extra charges may apply for urgent or night deliveries (with prior intimation).
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate address and availability for pickup/delivery.
- Collect your orders on time. Delay in collection may lead to storage charges or disposal.
- Review and confirm service summary or invoice during handover.
- Provide garment-specific instructions if necessary.
9. Legal & Data Policy
- This agreement is governed by Indian law, under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.
- Customer data (address, phone, orders) is secure and not shared with any third party.
- SRK LAUNDRY reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.
